These terms apply when you shop at indoorwildpets.com (the “Store”), operated as Indoor Wild. They are written for an Australian direct-to-consumer shop. They are not legal advice.
By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Refunds & Returns pages.

We have not listed an ABN on this page. If we publish one later, it will appear here or in the Store footer.
Products and enrichment (not veterinary advice)
We sell pet enrichment toys, feeders, travel and home organisation gear, and related accessories. Listings describe intended play and enrichment use for dogs, cats, or pets as stated on each product.
Our products are not veterinary care, behavioural therapy, or medical devices. They do not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian or trainer. Supervise pets during play. Remove damaged items. Keep small parts away from animals that may swallow them.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you complete checkout. Taxes (including GST where applicable) and shipping are shown at checkout where Shopify calculates them.
Orders and fulfilment
When you order, you offer to buy the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supplier failure). If we cancel after payment, we refund you.
Third-party overseas fulfilment: Indoor Wild uses overseas suppliers and fulfilment partners (primarily China / networks such as CJ Dropshipping) for most SKUs. We do not operate a local warehouse for most products. Your name, shipping address, and order details may be shared with those partners solely to fulfil your order. See our Privacy Policy.

No warranties / limited after-sale service
Except for rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (which cannot be excluded where they apply), products are provided without additional manufacturer-style warranties from Indoor Wild. We do not offer repair programmes or extended after-sale servicing. Our Refunds & Returns page describes how we handle not-received, damaged, or faulty goods in a dropshipping model.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store (fraudulent orders, scraping that harms the site, abusive contact, or resale that violates law). We may suspend access where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost pets’ “training progress,” sentimental value beyond the product price, or business interruption).
- Our aggregate liability for a product claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (or the remedy required by ACL, if greater / mandatory).
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for ACL consumer guarantees where they apply, or for fraud / gross negligence where the law does not allow a limit).
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, and product photography we publish remain owned by Indoor Wild or our licensors. You may not copy the Store for commercial use without permission.
Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including overseas disclosure to Shopify and fulfilment partners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere in Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated terms for future orders.
