How long does shipping take?

Most orders are fulfilled by overseas suppliers. Plan for about 1–3 business days processing plus often 10–25 business days in transit to Australia — commonly 2–5 weeks total. Some arrive sooner; some take longer. We do not promise 2-day delivery on overseas-fulfilled items. Details: Shipping & Delivery.

Do you ship from Australia?

Usually no. Indoor Wild is primarily a dropshipping store. Suppliers (often in China / via CJ Dropshipping) pack and post to you. We do not hold local warehouse inventory for most SKUs.

Is there free shipping?

Intended policy: free standard shipping to Australian addresses on eligible orders of A$85+. If it is not showing at checkout yet, email hello@indoorwildpets.com and we will help where we can.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind returns are limited because items ship from overseas. We focus on not-received, damaged-in-transit (with evidence), wrong items, and ACL-style major faults. See Refunds & Returns.

Do you offer warranties?

We do not offer manufacturer-style warranties or repair programmes. Australian Consumer Law rights may still apply to eligible goods.

Are these toys a substitute for vet care?

No. Enrichment toys and feeders are for play and mental stimulation. They are not veterinary advice, medical devices, or behaviour therapy. Ask a vet or qualified trainer if your pet has health or behaviour concerns.

What currency do you use?

AUD (Australian dollars).

Is the store still in password / simulation mode?

If you were given a storefront password while we were building the catalogue, that was temporary. The live site is indoorwildpets.com. Policies and shipping copy are written to be customer-honest, including overseas fulfilment and limited after-sale service — even while we are still finishing setup.
